How far in advance do I need to book?
You may book as far in advance as you wish with a deposit. We recommend booking at least 30 days ahead of your desired date/time. A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your event reservation. Event times are not guaranteed until deposit is made.
What consoles do you have? Do we choose games ahead of time?
We carry PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch consoles. We like to get an idea of the types of games the VIP likes to play as well as any restrictions that might be placed on the game ratings prior to the party. We will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event.
Is there a minimum age recommendation?
Rolling Video Games parties are appropriate for ages 6 and older.
Do parents need to supervise?
Parents are always welcome to join the party but are not required to supervise unless there are kids under the age of 6 at the party. However, they must stay close to the trailer in case there child needs them.
How much space do you need?
We ask our customers to reserve 60' of space (the equivalent of approximately 7 parking spaces). Our policy is to always park in the street. As a safety precaution, we cannot park in driveways or unpaved areas. If conditions upon our arrival render safe parking unavailable, customers have the option of moving the event to a nearby location suitable for parking.
Do you allow food and drinks inside the video game truck?
We do not allow any food, drink, candy, gum, smoking, etc.... in the mobile game theater.
Do you need to plug into an outlet?
We are self-powered with a commercial generator. We do not need to plug into your home.
How many players can fit in the mobile game theater?
To ensure safety, manageability of the event, and comfort of the participants, we suggest up to 16 inside the trailer.
Does the mobile game theater have air conditioning?
Absolutely! Our mobile game theater is insulated and climate controlled with air-conditioning and heating. In the event of severe weather (strong wind, severe storms, etc...) that makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a reserved party?
Please notify us as soon as possible should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. NO DEPOSIT REFUND ($100) should you cancel the reservation within 14 days of your scheduled event. If you change your event date and/or time, a $25 change fee will be assessed.
